Why I'm rather thrilled that I can gorge on a baked potato this year and be celebrating a historical yearlong event as well. Why IYP makes the butter, sour cream, and chives seem like mere confetti on what could turn out to be a splendid year after all. I'm so glad the UN can solve Israeli-Palestinian conflicts, keep the U.S. the fuck out of Iran, AND dedicate an entire year to potatoes. The system works again.
